Adult Dentist First Visit

Our goal at your first visit is to make you feel welcome and comfortable.  We believe in taking care of the whole person, not just their teeth.  During your first visit, we will assess all of your dental and oral health needs and formulate a treatment plan that works for you.  In addition to your exam, we will provide you with a dental cleaning (prophylaxis) and we will take any necessary x-rays.  In order to expedite your visit, please bring a list of current medications you are taking and any x-rays taken from your previous dentist. Please feel free to call our office with any questions or concerns about your initial visit. 

We encourage you to involve yourself in your own treatment and ask questions throughout our relationship. In our opinion, an informed and involved patient is most likely to achieve the highest level of healthcare. We look forward to working with you to achieve this goal.
